Our pools and activity tours may have limited availability and are subject to modification or cancelation only according to our Policies.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our activities. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile device display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our activities to any person from any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the capacity of any activity that we offer. All descriptions of activities or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of our company. We reserve the right to discontinue any activity at any time. Any offer for any activity made on this website is void where prohibited.

Accuracy of Billing and User Information

We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel availability per booking. These restrictions may include bookings by the same credit card, and/or bookings that use the same billing information. If we make a change to or cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all bookings made online. You agree to provided updated and correct information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
