Resevation & Cancelation Policy

The following terms are applicable for any activity that You book with Us.

Reservations Policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. The reservation is validated once we have approved availability and the payment has been confirmed. The other 50% is to be paid at

Cancelation/No Show Policy

You are entitled to change your booking date or a full refund if you cancel atleast 6 days prior to check-in date.

You are not entitled for any refund or change the date of your reservation 5 days prior to check-in date.

In the event of a No-Show, there will be no refund.

In order to exercise Your right of cancelation, You can inform us by:

Check-in and Check-out

Our doors are open from 9:00am - 4:00pm and you are free to step anytime during our opening hours as long as you hold a valid reservation. Late check-ins or early check-out does not entitle you to any kind of refund.

Refunds

Ayala's Natural Pools & Adventures is not responsible for any Bank fees or Credit Card Fees. You are to incur any additional fees that your financial institution may apply to a any transaction.

Changes to this Reservation & Cancelation Policy

We may update our Reservation & Cancelation Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Reservation & Cancelation Policy on this page. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Reservation & Cancelation Policy

You are advised to review this Reservation & Cancelation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Reservation & Cancelation Policy are effective immediately. Placing a reservation following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
